    This is more precisely a diocesan compound owned by the Roman Catholic Bishop of Lucena or the Diocese of Lucena (Roman Catholic Church). From the left of the main entrance is the Centro Pastoral Auditorium, where the diocesan offices, curia, the diocesan radio station, (DWVM-FM) are found. In front of this big auditorium is the Bishop's Residence, flanked by St. Alphonsus Regional Theolological Seminary on one side and the "Bahay Pari" or Priests' House on the other. Within the same compound, the Diocesan Publishing company, "Imprenta Lucentina" is also located just adjacent to the Bishop's garage.
